Terms & Conditions

Last updated · May 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Certified Psychonutritionist™ (CPsyN™) storefront and course materials offered by New Approach Health ("New Approach Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a course, purchasing access, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the courses.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Complete Level 1 and the individual Parts are intended for Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN) and dietetic interns or graduate students in accredited dietetics programs. The Foundations Pass is open to any adult learner. The Certified Psychonutritionist™ credential is awarded only to learners with full RD/RDN credentialing in place at the time of completion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including your email address. Course portal access at psychonutrition-level-1.replit.app is provisioned using the email used at checkout.

2. Purchases, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe, Inc. Sales taxes, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the listed amount.

Where available, buy-now-pay-later options (Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay) are offered through Stripe at checkout and are subject to those providers' own terms, eligibility, and credit checks.

The 10% multi-Part discount is applied automatically when two or more Parts are purchased together in a single checkout. The discount is not stackable with other promotional offers and is not available retroactively.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If, after completing Module 0, you determine that the framework is not the right fit for your practice, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase by contacting us through newapproach.health. Refunds requested after the seven-day window cannot be granted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. License to course materials

Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the course materials and clinical tools you purchased, for the lifetime of those materials, solely for your own professional development and clinical practice.

You may not share your account credentials, redistribute the materials, post them publicly, use them to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or reproduce or resell them in whole or in part. Clinical forms in the Psychonutritionist™ Tool Suite may be used with your own clients and patients within the ordinary course of your practice.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, including written content, video lectures, slide decks, clinical forms, frameworks (including the Psychonutrition House™ and the Psychonutrition House™ Floor Assessment Protocol), trademarks, logos, and the CPsyN™ and Certified Psychonutritionist™ marks, are the exclusive property of New Approach Health and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6. Use of the CPsyN™ credential

Graduates of Complete Level 1 may use the Certified Psychonutritionist™ and CPsyN™ designations in their professional title and marketing materials so long as their RD/RDN credentialing remains in good standing and they continue to abide by these Terms and the New Approach Health clinical ethics policy. We reserve the right to revoke the use of the credential in the event of credential lapse, serious ethics violations, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Continuing professional education units

CPEUs and CEUs are issued in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration's professional development framework. These credits are CDR-approved and conferred to enrolled students on completion. You are solely responsible for verifying acceptance of the continuing education credits with your own credentialing body and for retaining records of completion.

8. Clinical scope and disclaimer

The course materials provide clinical education for Registered Dietitians and other adult learners. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, or mental health advice and are not a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment of any individual client or patient. All clinical interventions taught are framed within the flexible scope of practice of the Registered Dietitian, and each clinician is responsible for practicing within their own scope, license, and applicable laws.

Nothing in the course materials creates a clinician–client relationship between New Approach Health and any third party.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use the site or the course materials to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the course portal, or any related systems.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
  • Engage in automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk download of materials.

10. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Course portal access is hosted at psychonutrition-level-1.replit.app. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.

11. Disclaimers

The site and the course materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Approach Health, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the site or the course materials. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the course materials shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Approach Health and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the course materials, or your clinical practice with any client or patient.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, the course portal, or the course materials at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or harmful conduct. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which New Approach Health is principally organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the course materials shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the course materials after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. Material changes will be announced on this page in advance.
